Mandjeck & Ouattara Away on International Duty
FCK players Georges Mandjeck and Moussa Ouattara have received international call-ups to represent their respective countries in the African Cup of Nations in Angola next year. The 27th African Cup of Nations is scheduled to kick off on January 10, 2010. The final will be played in the Angolan capital, Luanda on January 31, 2010.
Georges Mandjeck will meet his Cameroonian team-mates in Nairobi (Kenya) on January 4, 2010. Since the 21-year-old FCK midfielder would be forced to watch his team’s first game after the winter break from the sideline anyway because he is suspended in consequence of five yellow cards, he will at most be missing two games of the Red Devils. Ouattara is going to represent Burkina Faso in Angola.
The following nations take part in the African Cup of Nations in Angola: Mali, Malawi, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Togo, Egypt, Nigeria, Mozambique, Benin, Cameroon, Gabon, Zambia and Tunisia.
