ANC: Mandjeck and Cameroon Seal Place at Quarter-Finals
Georges Mandjeck and the Cameroonian national team have made it through to the 2010 African Cup of Nations quarter-finals. A 2-2 draw against Tunisia was enough to send the Indomitable Lions through. FCK defender Georges Mandjeck went the full distance.

Zambia also moved to the quarter-finals, defeating Gabon 2-1. Cameroon will face defending champion Egypt on Monday, January 25, 2010, with the match kicking-off at 5 p.m. (CEDT).
Cameroon came from behind twice as Amine Chermiti put Tunisia in the lead with an early goal with only 50 seconds on the clock. Samuel Eto'o equalized shortly after the half-time interval just to see his team-mate Aurelien Chedjou restore the lead for Tunisia through an own goal. Landry N'Guemo scored the equalizer minutes from time earning Cameroon a place at this year’s African Cup of Nations quarter-finals.
Moussa Ouattara and Burkina Faso, on the other hand, lost 0-1 against Ghana on Tuesday and did not manage to advance to the quarter-finals. Burkina Faso finished third in Group B behind Ivory Coast and Ghana. Ouattara did not pull on international colors.
