FCK Signs Ilian Micanski
The Bulgarian striker Ilian Micanski will be joining 1. FC Kaiserslautern from the Polish first division club Zaglebie Lubin. The 24-year-old Micanski has signed a four-year contract with FCK. Both parties agreed to keep the terms of the deal confidential.

Micanski has made 28 appearances for Lubin and scored 14 goals in the Polish Ekstraklasa.
“I had very good meetings with Stefan Kuntz and Marco Kurz and, therefore, it was an easy decision for me. FCK is a rich-in-tradition club with amazing fans and I am looking forward to wearing the FCK jersey,” Micanski says.
“Iliian had a very high hit rate during the previous two years and characterically fits into our team. We are very glad that he will be joining FCK,” Stefan Kuntz, chairman of the FCK board of management, commented on the new signing.
