Leon Jessen to Join FCK
1. FC Kaiserslautern has signed the Danish defender Leon Jessen. The 24-year-old Dane will join FCK from the Danish first division club FC Midtjylland.

The left back has signed a four-year contract which will keep him at the newly-promoted club until 2014. Both parties agreed to keep the terms of the deal confidential.
Jessen has made 28 appearances for Midtjylland in the Danish SAS League last season.
“Playing for the Red Devils and in the Bundesliga is a great challenge for me. Outstanding fans and a thrilling atmosphere – I can’t wait for the season to start,” Jessen stated.
“Leon Jessen was called-up to the Danish national team ahead of the World Cup and he was part of the provisional 30-man squad. We are very glad that a high-class player like Leon will be wearing the FCK jersey next season,” Stefan Kuntz, chairman of the FCK board of management, said.
