Jan Moravek to Join FCK
The recently promoted 1. FC Kaiserslautern has signed Jan Moravek from FC Schalke 04. The 20-year-old midfielder will be joining the Red Devils on loan until the end of the forthcoming season.
Jan Moravek joins Red Devils
Moravek has made seven appearances for FC Schalke 04 and scored two goals for the side from the Ruhr valley last season. So far, the young Czech has been capped twice.
“Being a young and creative player, Jan Moravek will add plenty of quality to our midfield. He is still hungry for progress and he fits into the team quite well,” FCK head coach Marco Kurz said.
Stefan Kuntz expressed his happiness regarding the new signing too. “Marco Kurz and the Czech players at FCK told Jan Moravek about the Betze and in addition to that, he may have heard about former Czech players at FCK and their good times here.”
