FCK Signs Stiven Rivic
The Croatian midfielder Stiven Rivic will be joining 1. FC Kaiserslautern from the second division club FC Energie Cottbus. Rivic has signed a three-year contract with the recently promoted side. Both parties agreed to keep the terms of the deal confidential.

Last season, the 25-year-old has made 23 appearances for Cottbus and scored five goals. He has been a part of 50 Bundesliga first division games in which he scored a total of three goals.
“I am really looking forward to wearing the FCK jersey. The atmosphere at the Fritz Walter Stadium is absolutely unique. Every time I came to the Betzenberg with Hans Rostock, I was impressed by the overwhelmingly strong support from the stands,” Stiven Rivic commented on the deal.
“Stiven Rivic is the perfect man who meets our requirements regarding a left midfielder. He is technically skilled and very fast. In addition to that, he is an experienced first division player and he will help the team to survive in the top flight,” Stefan Kuntz said.
