Autumn Fixture Schedule Finalized
On Wednesday, September 1, 2010, the German Football League (DFL) announced the final fixture schedule for matchdays 4 through 11.
League announces autumn fixture list
1. FC Kaiserslautern will contest no fewer than four Sunday fixtures, with three standard Saturday games and one mid-week encounter on a Wednesday.
FCK will take on TSG Hoffenheim at the Betze on September 18, 2010, with the match kicking off at 3:30 p.m. CET. During the following week, the Red Devils will face BVB Dortmund in a mid-week road game on Wednesday, September 22 (kick-off 8 p.m. CET), before they will be facing Hanover 96 at home on Sunday, September 26, 2010.
On October 2, 2010, Marco Kurz’s side travels to Hamburg to face HSV at the Imtech Arena (kick-off 3:30 p.m. CET). Matchday 8 sees the Red Devils at home to Eintracht Frankfurt at 3:30 p.m. CET on Sunday, October 17, 2010. One week later, Marco Kurz and his men travel to Freiburg on October 23, 2010 (kick-off 3:30 p.m. CET).
The next two fixtures are both on Sundays, first the home meeting with Borussia Mönchengladbach on October, 31 (kick-off 3:30 p.m. CET), and then the tough away trip to Bayer 04 Leverkusen on November 7, 2010, with the match kicking off at 5:30 p.m. CET.
