FCK Signs Jakub Swierczok
Bundesliga outfit 1. FC Kaiserslautern has signed Polish striker Jakub Swierczok on a three-and-a-half-year contract from Polish second division side Polonia Bytom.

Jakub Swierczok has made 17 appearances for Bytom, scoring twelve goals. The 19-year-old forward has earned one cap for Poland’s Under-20 national team (one goal) so far.
”We have closely monitored Jakub Swierczok’s development. He is a talented footballer with a good eye for goal. He gives us another option in that attacking area and we are sure he will establish himself as a top-tier player,” Stefan Kuntz, chairman of FCK’s board of management, commented on the deal.
