The easiest way to order a match ticket is through the FCK Online Ticket Shop at www.fck-ticketshop.de, where you have the opportunity to choose your own seat. Once you have registered, you will be sent an email containing your username and password. You can log in to the FCK Ticket Shop easily and pay by credit card (Visa card or MasterCard) or direct debit. If you have already registered with the FCK Ticket Shop, please use your login details to log in. Members and season ticket holders, who have registered with the FCK Ticket Shop, automatically enjoy all pre-sale benefits.
Buy Tickets over the Phone
Simply buy your ticket via our service hotline on +49(0)1805–318800 (calls cost 14 cent a minute from a German landline and 42 cent a minute from a German mobile network).
Our staff looks forward to helping you find the perfect place or seat at the Fritz Walter Stadium. Once you have selected a seat, it will be reserved for you. If you pay by credit card (Visa card or MasterCard), the tickets will be sent to you immediately. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or direct debit, the tickets will be sent to you upon receipt of payment or direct debit authorization. We kindly ask to you to understand that your reservation will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within four days. From seven days before the date of the match, payment can only be made by credit card or direct debit.
Buy Tickets at the FCK Service Center or Fanshopcafé Westkurve
Visit our Service Center in the South Stand of the Fritz Walter Stadium or come to the Fanshopcafé Westkurve at the Stiftsplatz in the city center. Our staff looks forward to helping you find the perfect place or seat at the Fritz Walter Stadium. Payment can be made by debit card or credit card (Visa card or MasterCard). Tickets are handed to you immediately after payment.
Please note that it is no longer possible to order tickets by email, fax, or regular mail.
Pre-sale Periods
Match tickets for games usually go on sale to members and season ticket holders eight weeks before the date of the game. Tickets are exclusively available to members and season ticket holders for the first seven days. Remaining tickets go on general sale seven weeks before the date of the game and are available through the FCK Online Ticket Shop and the ticket hotline, or at the FCK Service Center and the FCK Fanshopcafé.
We will alert members and season ticket holders every time the priority booking period begins, so they can make maximum use of that extra buying time. Be aware however, that many games become sold out in the first two weeks to members and season ticket holders, and, therefore, do not ever go on general sale which starts six weeks before the date of the game.
